I'd say at best this is just a flop that makes no sense.

Coulda just made a crappy video of playing with fire crackers and blown a finger off, then said, "Well, I reckon we got 20% off now"

Still cringe worthy, but doesn't let anyone know that you think of putting dogs in a cage and blowing them up.
