I am sharing some photos from a project I am working on. I am a avid whitetail and black bear hunter and needed a trailer to fit the needs of my hobbies hunting, family etc. Rather than a full 24ft enclosed car hauler I wanted a trailer that I could haul 2 SXS if needed, sleep in and haul enough gear for an family of 5 and have an area with no height restrictions. I opted to have a Open/Enclosed Hybrid built with 7'6 height, 24ft, 8.5 wide to accommodate a lifted SXS if needed or tall light bar. I wanted the open porch to use for times when its just me and my kids hunting I can haul 1 SXS on the exposed porch without bringing the mud, gas and dirt inside. I can also haul anything taller on the porch without any height restrictions. I use the porch to keep the generator off the ground and out of the dirt and mud.
Its work in progress, just returned from Bear Camp in Ontario where I used it to haul 2 SxS, all the gear for 6 hunters and a full chest freezer. I will post more as I add more etrack, beds etc. porch canopy.
