New to suppressors. I want a lightweight model for a 22” barrel 300 Win Mag. Looking at a HUXWRX Range Flow 36 Ti. Long story but I will purchase from Scheels because I have over a grand in gift cards. I have a Scythe Ti, but after seeing reports of the Scythe becoming a two piece can due to broken welds, I am hesitant to shoot it on the 300 mag. The HUXWRX is very light and is 3d printed. Anyone have experience or input on this can?

I’m guessing this is a flow through can like most of their cans. I’m assuming your 300 WM is not a gas gun. I wouldn’t buy a flow through can for a bolt gun.

That being said, I have their non-titanium 556 cans on one of my ARs, and it’s great.

Yes it is a bolt gun. I was wondering if the flow through was not ideal for a bolt gun. I guess it helps some with recoil but it seems to be designed for semi autos. I can get a DeadAir Nomad at Scheels. That may be my best option.

I have the Nomad and the Range 36. The Nomad is noticeably ALOT quieter on a bolt gun.

Avoid HUXWRX 3 different company names in the past 10 years. Have one on an AR. Not impressed and cannot be shot without ear pro. There are better products out there for the same money.

The Rugged Alaskan Ti seems interesting. Extremely lightweight. But I want something with a brake on it like the Scyth. One version of the Nomad Ti comes in Xeno and includes a brake. Of course Scheels is out of that model. They only have the Nomad Ti that comes with 5/8x24 direct thread and does not include the brake. I may be looking for a while and doing more research while praying my Scythe doesn’t end up in two pieces.
