Hunting show made me laugh a little

I have never seen anything like this before, does anyone actually do this? I would be afraid someone would shoot me.
I’m only a midwestern whitetail hunter so don’t hunt mule deer but I’ve seen plenty of shows and this is a first.

Archery season using a crossbow. I think lots of folks use something similar for deer, antelope, and turkeys. Montana decoy is one mfg.

I met a guy shot in the thigh by a bear hunter while sitting with an orange vest on. After spending a week with the guy and hearing everything he went through I won’t even wear tans or browns. lol

Looks like he has a bow. Doing this during any rifle season would be very brave(dumb). Other considerations would be public or private? Estate hunt? Deathwish?
