I have given up on regular radio and current music. I would say that 95% of my listening time goes to podcast. So many good options right now. A lot of good information out there. These are probaly not all the podcasts that I listen to but these are the ones I can think of off the top of my head. Here are some of the ones I have been listening to recently:
Eastmans Elevated- Brian Barney is an amazing bowhunter and even better person
The Rich Outdoors- A lot of good guest and has good business discussions
Kifarucast- Straight to the point no BS. Aron is legit
Rokcast- I love the Tipsy Tuesday ones. Quick 15 minute news from the hunting world
Hunt Harvest Health- Pretty good. Really enjoy Lampers. Can get a little to into the weeds with the health stuff for me,
Backcountry Rookies- Being a Army Vet myself I can relate to a lot of what this guy says and goes through
Cutting the Distance- Remi Warren, need I say more?
Hunt Talk- Randy Newberg. Love this guys attitude and outlook on life. Has a lot of episodes
Backcountry Hunting Podcast- Joe is an amazing Gun writer who gives really good rifle and firearm information.
The Hunt Backcountry- Although it is EXO mountain gear, they dont push it on you and Steve and Mark are both very knowledgeable. I think they have over like 400 episodes!
Gritty Podcast- I really only listen to this one when he talks about gear and packing list type episodes.
These are some podcasts that I am starting to listen to but have not decided if they will make it into my rotation:
Elkshape- Has some good information about prepping and life tools to help you get in the mtns more.
Western Huntsmans Podcast- So far so good. Has a had some really informative episodes about hunting politics and getting involved as a hunter.
The Mindful Hunter Podcast- Only listened to a few episodes. No BS and to the point. Will definitely tell you how it is. Really into nutrition and physical fitness.
Being a lifetime resident of the PNW these are some of the local podcasts that I have been following. May not be what everyone is looking for but if you are a resident of the PNW I would check them out:
PNWild Podcast- Been following this one for awhile. Funny, informative and some really good information for new hunters.
Soulful Hunter Podcast- Has a lot of really good episodes about personal motivation and just getting out there and doing what you love. Has a wide variety of guests.
The Nextgen Outdoorsman Podcast- This one is very specifac to the style and places that I like to hunt. Not swayed by sponsors and all the other stuff.
