Gearing up to go overseas for a bit, I know some states offer pretty good hunting perks for the military, for example in Colorado deployed personnel get first crack at the leftover list.

I’d like to mix it up and hunt some different places in the future, just wondering what military benefits does your state offer?

TIA

Tennessee allows free hunting with only leave orders…..no deployment related but I’ve always enjoyed using it.

That’s a pretty good one, never considered hunting in Tennessee but maybe one of these days.

I though you meant while deployed.

If you're hunting on deployment you are doing it wasaaaay better than I did. 😁
I wish, I’ve thought about bringing an emergency fly rod in case I end up near some water

Mostly resident based come home to hunt in Montana. They have since expanded this to mean more but keeping old drivers license valid for some has paid off too I’ve seen
