I hunt sometimes in an area with a number of man made blinds that a number of people sit in, especially during OTC.

If someone is watching a meadow and it's really the only route to another part of the mountain, is it OK to walk through? Some people seem to get irritated.

Also, is it a waste of time to sit and watch meadows late in the morning or afternoon? It seems like I've been more successful moving around looking for them instead of waiting. Most camps come back for lunch and hang out for a bit.

If it’s public land and it’s the only route then yes. Even if it wasn’t the only route then yes. It’s public land. They have no more right to it then you do.
