The further west you go the less you see guys wanting to hunt in groups. Solo, or maybe one or two others (depending on area and game being hunted) with guys seeking to camp in places not swarming with others (like ya see in Colorado and Utah). My idea of a sweet hunting camp.

My hunting camp in the Allegheny National Forest of Northwest PA is the one of the greatest investments i've ever made. its only been 10 years of ownership, but sharing it with family and friends we have made some great memories with very successful hunts over that short period.

Hey, a buddy and me are doing a diy hunt for whitetail and hope to see a couple black bear during archery in the ANF this year. Been looking at onX a lot and trying to find stuff on rokslide, emailed rangers offices..... Set up a camp for the family for 30 years. I found it anchored me to much and limited my hunting. I hunt differant country ever day from my house. The indoor plumbing is a nice addition.
