Hung up on bino power: 8 vs 10

I like my 10X and use them most of the time. When in big, open country I bring along my 12X. The 10X are perfect all around for me.

Ive always ran 10x from east to west. But living in the east I would really like to get an 8x bino this year. I think they will be much better for most of my hunting.
