Looking for a steel barreled action - 6mm arc. Prefer new but used lower round count would be considered also.

Did you ever get the action in? I recently stumbled upon this idea and I think it'd be a hell of a gun for my two boys just like you said. I wouldn't mind a super light weight AR build for predators instead though.

Ended up getting a cheap ass Trybe Defense chassis for it for now, until they get the RokStock made for the mini action, shooting 108 ELDM's great little shooter. Shot out to 600, just need to chrono, and build a profile for it. Looking forward to seeing what this little rifle can do.
