Hey guys,
This is a lightly used Howa 1500, 24” Sendero Contour, 1-8.4 twist barrel chambered in 284 Winchester. The barrel is a 24” Sendero Contour Proof Research Carbon Fiber barrel, 1-8.4 twist, that is threaded 5/8x24 at the muzzle. This barrel has less than 75rds shot through it which were from barrel break-in. The 75rds fired were 171gr Barnes Matchburners at 2800fps loaded at AICS mag length 2.950” groups were 0.5” or better. Great barrel for either a short action or Long action Howa 1500 to use, or rechamber for a caliber such as 7mm PRC. $600 shipped, also open to trades
***This is a shouldered barrel and should be installed by a competent Gunsmith who can check the headspace for the chamber and set back the shoulder on the barrel if needed to properly headspace the chamber.***
