How to search for a members profile?

I'm trying to leave feedback on a sale for a member but he is new, has zero posts, and got a hold of me through a buddies account.

The sale went great and smooth so I figured i would leave good feedback since he's new but I can't find his profile.....

When I put his user name in the search bar his avatar comes up but when I click it does nothing.

Use main site, search profile, you should see the actual profile there
