How to attach Long hunter lid

If I run the cargo panel on a duplex frame how do you attach a long hunter lid also? I don't see any straps or a place to attach the lid. Maybe You can't do it, or I'm just missing something.

I currently have the lid on an AMR, but might want to use my cargo panel and a couple pouches and the lid.
