How tight should your waist belt be on kifaru

Title says it all I'm always tore on keeping it sung and pulling it super tight.

Depends. I fit my pack so that the lumbar pad sets on the lumbar. So, I usually just snug it up on loads up to about 30 pounds or so. Fro there, As the weight climbs, so does the amount I tighten it. In other words, I cater the level of tightness for the load. Whatever level of tight it takes to keep the weight on the hips and off the shoulders for me. Once the pack gets into the 70-80 pound range, I have it as tight as it will go. God Bless

Ive noticed similar to WVmountaineer.

About 30-50# and I just snug it. After that I have to really start torquing down to keep the lumbar pad from becoming a butt pad
