Not 3500! I’m usually around 2,000. One of the higher calorie peak refuels, some walnuts, a Honey stinger with a packet of hazelnut or almond butter, maybe some homemade dried fruit; and a protein bar of some variety. Usually just about a pound. I typically eat a low carb diet anyway so I find I just don’t eat the massive amount of calories. I have tried taking 3,000+ calories per day and found I just wasn’t eating it. Now I always loose some weight while doing this but it works well for me.This is about where I’m at as well. However I eat lot. I’m at 2 pounds 6 ounces a day in food for 3500-4000 cal.
1 pound seems really light. How many calories are you eating per day?
