How much cooking fuel?

Thats for 10 days. The first one generally lasts me 5-6 days. I usually pack cold cereal for breakfasts and am just boiling water for coffee and dinners.
Someone made a pretty good video awhile back about stoves and timed their efficiency. I'll see if I can find it. I was looking to upgrade and possibly shed some weight off my jetboil and wound up with a MSR Pocket Rocket and some pot off Amazon. It wound up being cheaper, lighter, and more efficient than any of the other stoves tested. My only complaint is they don't lock together.

and please pack back the empty canisters. there is not a year we found few in the mountain and not all the ones we found are from hunting expeditions ...
