two things primarily affect the brass,
number one- sizing no more than necessary, which means two things. you adjust the die to size as little as possible and the die is a match for the chamber. for the first couple shots i just neck size to get the case to fill the chamber. i dont want to have the die set to bump back and or size the body until it is really necessary.
and number two- pressure. more pressure less shots per case.
i have got 1000 shots out of 15 cases in the past. that is 66 shots per case.
i was talking about this with a fellow last weekend that said he expects to get 2000 shots out of 18 cases without annealing.
