How many people don't use a peep sight?

No peep twisting or moving issues which could cost you a shot and no issues with low light situations at first and last light. Plus their is a small gain in fps but that's just a minor benefit compared to the first two.

In my time in the field I have had small brush & debris, snow find it way into my peep as well as having it move down after busting thru thick brush (happened years ago but luckily for me I noticed and keep good measurements on my bow specs, as an hour later had a shot on a nice moose).

I see. I guess those are some positives to consider. In my opinion, they are low percentage issues and don't offset the gains in accuracy provided by having the peep. Just my opinion though, you do what you want with your bow.

^this. I do know another hunter who only uses a square up and have heard good things about the Tom Miranda style sight, but cant imagine your gaining anything by going this direction.

I'm still using a peep, but I have gotten away from using a kisser button. Used one for 15 years but didn't bother to put one on my new bow and haven't missed it for a second. Accuracy is just as good without one as it was with one.
