How Long will it Take for Bestill Creations to do a Breech Plug Upgrade?

Wondering once Bestill gets your Action what is the Turn Around Time to do the Breech Plug Upgrade time wise?
Thinking about having Bestill doing this to a Knight Rifle Disc Extreme.

The National Championship runs June 14th through the 22nd at the NMLRA at Friendship.
Not speaking for Jeff, but I imagine he'll be spending the entire week shooting.
I plan on being there myself.

Might want to email him.

Thanks - My reason for inquiring is I am not a Facebook User and just wondering once he gets the needed parts. Not sure how many Rifles he can do and how many are a head of a new customer? As if it takes 10 to 12 weeks that does not allow time to work up a load for 2025 deer season and get some range time in. Have heard a few that have had Bestill work on their rifle but no one mentions the time around time from once he has your action. Being he is not a large operation there might be several customers in front of a new one.
Watched a few of his videos and sounds like he is invloved with knowledge.
Will find an email for him and see what happens.

Jeff is an exceptional builder, who also built my custom. Most of the National Champion's rifles are Bestill Creations LLC.
Here's his email.

Did a google search and Bestill Creations comes up several times. I understand being it Shoot Events time of year he is mostly likely getting some range time in. Will wait and see if he replies being my understanding he also works a regular job besides his gunsmithing.

Thanks, it might be different if he has other rifles ahead of yours. All I can go by is the Videos on the internet from Bestill Creations. I am looking to have little to no blow back many talk about as compared to what you do get with the Knight breech plug primer head space or the SSK Bare Primer Breech Plug and talk is that needs shimming. And once you might do that shimming you can't get the shims back out. Where as what I have read on this subject is that with Bestill's breech plug there is nothing to deal with and you won't need to replace the tungsten carbide module (for 1K shots) like one would with a vent liner and still have issues.
Just trying to use what is the best choice currently available. Hoping Bestill is the way to go.

Yes but determining how many shims is a lot for 1 that is not all things machining. Then add in getting the shims "pressed in" is also another task. Seems Muzzleloading is all about "gunsmithing" not so much like centerfire rifles get a box of cartridges a decent rifle with scope and do a little range time and one is good. No fixing nothing that is broken like Muzzleloading as I am learning. Lets not forget once you find the Right Load for your ML rifle and extended range time getting it with the best volume amount of BH209 & projectile and not have the "primer" sticking as my SSK breech plug has issues with Winchester w209's and Federal 209a's sticking in the breech plug that requires removing the breech plug & using pliers to get both these primers out. Poor machining by the manufacturer. And now you can't find the SSK breech plugs as knight put a notice to stop offering / selling them. The knight does not have the "removal" vent liner as knight advised their is braze into place. (Per knight cs.) so buying a new BP every 100 or so shots does not sound right for the $. Yet getting a sized BP that can go 1,000 shots and no blow back sounds it worth it plus dealing with knight high cost S&H makes it again some $! (not like the old Knight Rifle Company)
Guess that is an option, thanks but I want less dealing with issues caused by poor design (breech plug) for my Extreme rifle. Plus for the chance of doing damage getting the number shims and pounding them in place. (as primers tend to change as to length / size as measure both the above mention primers and they vary greatly) Just what I found in my travels into muzzleloading this far. Less work and more fun shooting is what I am hoping for.

Just found this video about Bestill Creations;

Mr Fisk stated it will be approx 60 days as he is trying to limit his intake of jobs. As he states he trying to not be run into the ground with other things ie family. So I was not aware he works a full time job, plus other things going so. I will wait and see if he responds to my email inquiry.
Thanks for all the posts. He must have several jobs going now.

Odd simply showing proof of Bestill Time Table for Muzzleloader Rifle Upgrades so others are aware.
Oh well
