How far to count rings w/ Swaro 95?

I currently have a swaro 65 spotter and have been thinking about getting a bigger eye! Maybe I’m just getting older but I would sure like to count sheep rings farther out.

anyone have a swaro 95? If so how far is it’s effective range for counting rings? Does it go to the next level past the 65? Not sure I can step up to the 115mm!

I own both and the 65 has not left the safe in years, the 95 is simply incredible. Worth the weight for me,, range depends on light, weather. haze , mirage, but in the right conditions you can really pick out details.

I was able to age rams at about 300 with my STS 65mm.
If you have the STX/ATX you could get the ME 1.7x and that might be able to allow you to count rings at a greater distance.
I think the actual ram itself plays a role too, some are just more defined than others.

Thanks for the replies. Will have to see if the local stores have one to compare with a 65. I could always loose a pound to make up for the extra weight
