How do you display your EURO mounts?

I have searched for different ways and am thinking I will end up building something.
Any ideas or pics?
I realize there are a few products out there that do this. If you have used one and have an opinion on it, do tell.

I put my bull from last year on a Skull Hooker. Pretty cool design that looks good and work well IMO.

I've played around with different ways but my favorite is just setting them as is.

They still need something to keep them from tipping back. If they are against a wall the tips will do this but if nothing is behind they tip over.
Up against a backstop.

Lighting is everything and perhaps the most frequently overlooked consideration. I prefer recessed lights placed slightly forward of the mount with a dimmer. That way I get some shadowing that displays the mount better.

Skullhooker is likely the best bet, I'd guess you could look at the design and make something similar for far less money. I have a few Euro's on the wall and have just used nails, they look fine. I have a few more I need to boil up and will be buying a few skullhookers for them.

Brock, those little ones taste the best and pack out real easy!

I also have one on a plaque very similar to Bruce's above. I like that too, but being less than stellar when it comes to carpentry I likely won't have any more like that. It was given to me as a gift, looks very nice.

Here is a picture of the one I have on a plaque. I like it a lot. Yes, I believe there is a screw into the back of the skull.

Anyone know of a good way to display a bunch of these? Other than collecting dust on a gun cabinet? I think skull hooker makes them for bears/cats as well, but that could get expensive in a hurry.

That's the problem. The hookers are expensive and a way to display a few together would be cool.
I have a "few" to hang.

Exactly! If they made one that could hold 3 bear/cat skulls all on one deal that would be pretty slick!

We have bear and wolf skulls as well as some euro mountain goat skulls on clear glass shelving mounted 8' up in our living room. It's cool because you can see them from underneath, without worrying that people will drop them...

Also did a euro mount of a dall sheep on an old style trapper pack Mr Stid was kind enough to gift to us. The "bedroll" underneath is actually the left over hide from my mountain goat shoulder mount.

I'm not home so I can't post any pics but my taxi puts the wall hanger (just a loop on a metal band) on the rear of the skull at it's highest point. This makes the skull hangs so the nose of the buck is about 30 to 40 degrees from the wall, making it a more natural angle to view the antlers. The bottom pic in atrietch's#5 post of the whitetails on the floor is the right angle, except mounted on a wall. Most of the mounting plates made now display at that angle but if you want a cleaner look, the method I described works well.

Too often, euros (and skull plates) are mounted flat against the wall so the nose is pointing down which isn't natural. That only occurs when the buck is feeding and isn't a good angle to view the antlers IMO.
