I bought the Pro Hunt Tac and was looking at the red kettle pouch but sounds like it's tough to use. Been considering using a bear spray pouch.
Why not leave it on the rifle?
Watch the video on how they function - they only attach by a magnet so you would risk losing it.There must be something obvious I'm missing. Just trying to understand.

The fhf gear holster works perfectly on the waist belt of my kifaru pack.I know this is an older thread now, but I'm running into the same issues as to how to store my spartan bipod. FHF has come out with a holster that goes under bino harness. Only problem I'm having is that is where I run the bear spray pouch. Certain hunts where I'm not in bear country, that would be a good option as I would have it on me for any stalks. But when I'm in bear country, I want to keep that spray handy.
I'm using a marsupial gear bino harness, if anyone has suggestions of what has worked for them.
Thanks! I'm thinking that is what I'll end up doing. I just picked up the new K4 exo pack, should work on their waistbelt as well. The fhf gear holster works perfectly on the waist belt of my kifaru pack.
I also found these. But 70$ for a holster seems a little steep.
