Hot zebra light

For those that run them do they get hot I have a 502 flood ran it for a bit on medium like 15 min reached up and thought kinda hot

both my Zebra Lights could cook an egg when on high. The first time I used it and reached up to touch the metal casing, it was extremely hot to the touch.
