Hornady reloading app , error message ?

So I have the app on my smart phone but it won't open , anybody else experience this ?

Mines been doing the same thing. I've been meaning to reach out to hornady about it but haven't done it yet.

I think Digger was right , I deleted and reinstalled the app and had to pay again , now it works .
