So I just wanted to pass along my experience these last couple of weeks with Hornady.

I own a Hornady Case Prep Center that I’ve had for several years now and it completely stopped working a few weeks ago so I thought I’d call Hornady and see if they work on these or could sell me some parts because I didn’t want to spend the money on another case prep center. They immediately sent me a paid shipping label and told me to send it back no questions asked. Well the turn around was 1 day and it was fixed and on its way back with a bunch of new parts and is now back on my reloading bench. They paid for shipping both ways and fixed the whole thing completely free and fast as hell. I expected to either have to buy a new one or be able to get the parts I needed so I could fix it myself but they really floored me with doing all of that for free and very fast. Needless to say I’m a huge Hornady fan now!

The way Hornady kept supply in the shelves during this great shortage has me buying more and more of their stuff and so far I’ve been impressed

Hornadys price and availability have been great lately compared to other bullet manufacturers. I find myself switching to hornady often anymore.

Yes but they are the same company that unfairly marketed the 6.5 creed to stardom!

Seriously, I have had the same excellent service with them. And as stated they make a lot of stuff that you can actually find to buy.
