Glad it was of use. They posted its 5 boxes to save $3per or 10boxes to save $5per. The family goaded me into 10boxes of XTPs when I had stopped in.

FYI, I got some 6.5 147 seconds from Midway and the OALs were incredibly variable. Really screwed with their accuracy. Like +/- 0.020” or so IIRC.

I would weigh them. I ordered some 6.5 123 eldm and I got mixed 130 and 123gr.

I did - weights were fairly consistent, and lengths were all over the board, not just two sets of values. Hopefully it was a one-off screw up.

Thanks, I'll get on the list. My midway .30 cal seconds turned out to be sierras, not the Hornady's I expected. Not a big deal for my purposes, but would rather know what I'm getting.

Personally for blem bullets I use them for pistols or short range rifle loads that are more plinking with the shooter influencing the impact FAR more than bullet variations. I wouldn't personally buy blem bullets intended for longer range accuracy.

I stopped into their store...the list price above was current a few days before Christmas. They did have a $5 per box discount for in store purchases. I snagged some 6.5cal 120 CX and some 6.5 123 SST. The SST look as good as factory firsts but I need to weigh them yet but I'm happy with their appearance.

The 120gr CX all weighed around 120 plus or minus. All the tips were bent a bit. Waiting on a new scope then I'll test how they shoot in my Creedmoor.
