Hornady 7mm prc 175 eldx shooting fast again?

So I've heard that the old 175s were shooting pretty fast, then they changed powder because of a military contract or something and they've been way slower than advertised ever since. Well i just picked up a new box and they're way faster than my last box (180 fps)

22 inch barrel, 1:8 twist

Old box-lot #3245712 - 2735 fps
New box-lot #3251624 - 2915 fps

So did hornady change something again and they're back to the old velocities? Anyone else notice this?

Little crow gunwerks YouTube also noticed this. He said he has the first batches that came out, got the slower batches, and then more where the velocities came back up

What lot numbers for the new faster ammo?

Boxes all claim the same velocity, lot number for new faster ammo was stated in the original post.

I also called hornady and spoke to an individual and he was able to look up actual test fire data from individual lots. He said their data on the old lot showed velocites of around 2915 and velocities on the newer lot was around 2925. I don't believe their data though. You can literally read dozens of threads across different forums where shooters were reporting real world velocities that were 150-200 fps slower than what hornady claimed.
