Holsters that fit under small belt pouch

Looking for a holster for my G20 that fits under a small belt pouch on kifaru belts.

Just want to know what all my options are.

Holster under a pouch is not the brightest idea, but if you are set on it, JCCustomkydex on Instagram will get you taken care of. You can also get on kifaru insiders page on FB and find him as Jim Carey, he has made tons of them. I've made a post about his holsters before on the insiders page as well.

Get an IWB holster and it’ll run on the inside of the belt while the pouch runs on the outside.

I'm currently using a safariland duty holster (thumb break/full retention) with molle adapter on my waist belt, may fit under a medium pouch but it would have to ride high enough to still get a good purchase on the grip and you would sacrifice pouch space.
Personally while I like my current setup I would still prefer a bino harness/combo. I'm a firm believer in tier setups i.e teir 1 on body (always available), teir 2 pack etc. I'm not a fan of dropping my gear/pistol included to pursue game or mosey around on a lunch break and my belt for hunting/:hiking is no where near a gun belt in stiffness and would not fair well supporting a G20 etc.
FHF offers a setup and I'm sure a kydex maker could make what's needed to adapt to your current rig like maybe the AGC etc.
