Looking for an outfitter, not public land recommendations.Depending on what your goals are/what type of hunt you are wanting there are PLENTY of hogs on public ground in Texas. Probably OK as well.
Either way is fine. I'm looking for a place that has high numbers is all. I've got an Alaska trip in cal'26, I want to test a new setup that I'm going to run.High fence or free range?
Thanks. I appreciate it!Check out No Mercy Hunting, it is high fence but a pretty good set up.
Did you see a good number of pigs? We've hunted Dos Plumas twice. Once you get past the "it's not real hunting", it's a kick in the ass. Stands are picked based on wind, you can also spot/stalk mid day. No more than 6 guys at a time, and we had fun. Buddy went to a different spot and it was a combat hunting cluster shag. Didn't even get his own meat. These guys quarter for you and into the cooler it goes.
