Hip Boot Feedback

I am doing a 2020 Dall hunt in the Brooks and my outfitter recommended bringing some waders because I am also going to get a grizzly tag and if successful on the sheep we will be in and around more water. He recommended stocking foot with a boot you can lace up because they are better for walking. Does anyone have any experience the Chota Tundra hip boots and their wading shoes? I know a lot of people recommend SIMMS but they are a lot more money considering I may not even need them on the hunt.
