I have a Nallo 3 that’s spent a few hundred nights in the woods and it’s incurred some small war wounds- most small holes have been fixed with tenacious tape and those really don’t bother me much, but the outer zipper has begun failing completely and I can’t limp it along anymore.

Do any tent makers on the ‘Slide offer a zipper replacement service ? I will also call Hille but can’t imagine it would be dealt with quickly with the volume of work they do, although somebody can feel free to tell me I’m wrong there. It’s been a great tent and I’d like to keep it in the quiver.

Thanks all,

Tanner

Mark from exo mentioned he had his Niak repaired recently by hilli. The way he spoke on it he seemed very satisfied and I believe it was in a very timely manner. Hopefully he chimes in. I *think* it was in the most recent podcast of theirs.

I had my hilleberg Niak repaired recently. I had punched one of the poles through the sleeve accidentally. They charged me $40 for the repair plus $18 to ship. They’ll give you an estimate if you send over photos and a description. The whole process took about a month which I was pretty happy about and felt like I received good service.

I had some holes from grasshoppers repaired in my Anjan GT by Hilleberg recently. Great service and it was done reasonably quick. I would send another back in to them before I looked elsewhere. They are a top notch company with great customer service.

I think this is the first I've heard of grasshoppers causing tent damage... Just another critter to he smashed at camp now.
