I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on a Nallo 2 GT and was wondering if anyone has any field time with it? I'm 6'1 205..and I'm wondering if my feet will be touching the back wall of the inner tent. Any experience with this or the condensation issues I read about? I think with Fibraplex poles and Kelty Triptease, I should be able to knock a pound or so off of the weight so it makes it more attractive. I've looked at the Anjan and the weight is awesome but I would prefer a rain fly that reaches a bit closer to the deck.

I have a Nallo 3, but it is the same length as the nallo 2.. I'm 6'1 230 and my feet don't touch the back wall but this is with my head all the way at the door. I've seen a few threads on hear discussing this type of tent so might have to search the forum. About condensation mine is not the GT version so i dont know exactly how the front vents are laid out, but on the non-GT i just open the front and back vents and it was never a problem. Have spent the night in temperatures ranging from single digits to the 60's.

Pretty much what he said. 6' 1" should fit ok, and ventilation has been a non-issue in my experience.

When my dad purchased his Nallo, he also went for the 3 over the 2 GT. The GT has it's place, but it takes up a lot of real estate (in length), and still has a pretty cramped inner tent. The 3 gives more width, but also a couple inches head room on the inside plus enough space for two packs in the vestibule. I've had a chance to use the tent for a number of nights now, and that was the right choice for our uses.

Yk
