I will probably regret this since this was my go to but with 2 new hunters in the house I need some bigger tents. Tent is in excellent condition and always used with the footprint. I did add loop pulls to the zipper to stop the jingling in the wind. Comes with tent, footprint, stakes, and extra, lighter, cordage for guy outs. Looking to get $450 net to me shipped.
