Anybody have any experience with the HPG kit bags in grey ripstop?

Considering picking one up for more urban carry but can’t find any info about the fabric. Is it hot, loud, too Slick, undesirable for any reason?

Thanks, Bill

Bill, it is just like a heavier version on some of the commercial nylon backpacks are made of. I owned one for awhile and noticed no difference from the other kit bags on the issues you brought up. Only sold it to color match my current coyote pack. But I sweat in all them lol.

Thanks for the info. Any issues with the pistol imprinting thru the lighter weight material? Never had any issues with my 500d models.

No, I carry big’uns and no issue at all. I think it looks less tactical and actually better for non conspicuous carry.
