Get in shape for hunting season with our FREE 90-Day Ruck Challenge hosted by 1 Shot Gear and Stone Glacier.Every Wednesday (starting March 29th) at 6:30am, the 1 Shot Gear team will host a two-mile community ruck at the Rooney Road Trailhead to empower our community and hunters to get in shape for hunting season.Each attendee will receive a raffle ticket for each ruck, entering them into Stone Glacier and Sitka drawings at the end of the 90 days. The more you attend, the better your chances of winning premium hunting gear.We'll see you on the mountain.Details:

1. Location: Rooney Rd Trailhead. This is on Green Mountain in Lakewood, Co. The approximate crossroads are Alameda and 470.
2. Start Time: 6:30 am every Wednesday.
3. Hike time: Approximately 1hr 15 min
4. distance: Approximately 1 mile up and 1 mile back
5. Dogs are welcome

Man if this was 10 years ago I’d be joining you all! Haha. I lived in the apartments on Youngfield Ct. This was literally my back yard and I hiked this mountain all the time! Really pretty area right near town. Highly recommend it for anyone nearby. I’m on the East Coast now but definitely remember those days with fondness!

We had a great first hike of the season. We will be hosting these hikes weekly on Wednesdays. Every time you show up, you'll get a raffle ticket to win some awesome prizes. The crew over at Stone Glacier have added a Col 4800 and Xcurve frame to the prize list as well!

Hey Rokslide Community!

We are absolutely thrilled to have had such an amazing turn out for our hike this morning in the cold weather! The energy and enthusiasm that everyone brought to the trail was truly inspiring, and we couldn’t be more grateful for each and everyone of you who showed up.


As a thank you for your support, we are excited to announce that we will be holding a small raffle next week for those who attend our hike. We know that you all love gear as much as we do so we are giving away some prizes from our partners. But that’s not all every time you hike with us you’ll be given a raffle ticket to win a Stone Glacier frame and pack and other prizes at the end of the 12 week hike program.

We are grateful to have such a passionate and dedicated community of outdoor enthusiast in the Denver area and we can’t wait to see you all on your next hike. Let’s keep pushing ourselves to new heights and have a blast while doing so, happy trails.

We had a great turnout this morning for our weekly pack hike! A huge thank you goes out to Doug Garvey and the Stone Glacier crew for donating some awesome swag for the giveaway raffle.
