Apparently Idaho F&G thinks differently. Those aren’t “whoopsie” infractions. And it makes complete sense, he makes money off his hunting accolades and social media numbers. Gotta feed the machine somehow, but apparently he wasn’t sthealthy enough to get away with it.

You’re right… it doesn’t make sense, but it does give you insight into mentality of someone who would do something like shooting a buck on winter grounds after the season closed.

Then again, the dude hangs out with Brian from Gritty… that also shows he doesn’t use good judgement.

This should be the answer in my opinion (not that my opinion on it really matters).

I think this is one of the crimes that has the most obvious “you do the crime, you do the time” punishments. And the “time” should be you never get to hunt again.

I hope they stick it to him but I’m not holding my breath. Our Lemhi Co judge is notorious for going easy on perps. I was really hoping he had just ran out of wolf tags but kept knocking them down. Disappointing.
