Help with webbing hardware

Where can I get a 1'' loop to replace one that is sewn in? I thought I seen a metal one with cut in it to slide it on to the webbing but kind find anything. Link below is what I need but have to add it to a sewn loop.

Just buy the loop you want and cut your own slot in it (hardwear with the cut are usually called a "repair" buckles). I've done it with garden nippers, or by heating up a steel rod and melting through.
