Help with boot sizing

I’m in the market for some new boots. I bought the Hanwag Alaskans a few years back and they were very comfortable and I absolutely loved them. They are a Sz 10.5. The last couple years they became pretty tight and my toes were jammed up front. I figured the boots had just shrunk a little bit, but I also heard that your foot may get a little bigger in your mid 30s and 40s (I’m 39.) so, between those two things, I need new boots. I measured my foot and it comes out to be an 11 with Hanwag sizing guide. I am looking at the Makra GTX model from Hanwag. I am not sure if I should be ordering a Sz 11 or an 11.5. I am usually wearing Darn Tough Hiking socks in them, no matter the weather.

11.5. You might be going to a different insole which I found can take up space.
