Help Picking Arrow Spine

Hey guys was wondering if somebody could check on what spine arrow I should be shooting on a Black Eagle Ranmpage. Bow is an Xpedition Denali pulling 73lbs with a 31" draw length. I'd probably be shooting a 29" arrow with 125 grains up front including the insert. Thanks for the help.

Start with Spine charts of the arrow manufacturer that you want to shoot. Go from there. Quick glance looks like 250. The chart is for a 100g. With a 125, bump up to the stiffer shaft. Are you pulling the max weight, or is it backed off?

With the heavy 56 grain half out and a 125 grain point on the Rampage a 250 spine could be borderline at your long draw but it should work. I'd personally go to the Spartan and loose the half out in favor of a standard insert that'll be more durable and easier to align. I currently shoot X Impact with an outsert, .250 spine and have a similar set up and will move to the Spartan next time I buy arrows.
