Help out a can n00b please

What I know : My Sig Sawtooth 6.5PRC is the loudest gun I’ve ever shot. I bought it to be lightweight and short enough to fold up and fit inside my pack and will pack it around over 100 days a year but rarely shoot it ( wolf gun ).

What I don’t know : Anything about suppressors

So help me out - If I add a can it’s going to be too long to fit inside my pack as intended. Does it make sense to have an easy/quick detachable can that I can put on just when I am ready to shoot ? Or is that a bad idea to begin with ?

I’m looking for the lightest, shortest option available that still suppresses as many dB as possible to the point that (hopefully) I don’t need ear protection to shoot. Is that even realistic ? Also not looking to break the bank as my gear budget is pretty depleted after recent purchases …

You want direct thread, no quick detach.
Unknown Suppressor OG 6.5
or Airlock suppressors 6.5 will be your best bet, only adding 4-4.5” of overall length and weighing sub 8 oz.

So you just want the lightest shortest quietest suppressor that's cheap?

That suppressor doesn't currently exist for a 6.5prc.
