Help me out with a post I saw here about tripods

I saw a short YouTube vid with I'm guessing someone in siberia. The shooter was shooting in extreme cold and had a can. I want to guess it was an innorel or leophoto tripod with a gimbal type head.

There was a YouTube short with a guy in a face mask (super cold) shooting with a can. The video was written in Russian.

Do you remember if there was a recent comment? Otherwise it could be buried deep.
Might check your browser history around that day.
