Help me decide on a sleeping bag

So you really haven't used a mummy bag then? You probably won't like any other backpacking sleeping bags if that is the case.

Not since basic training in the Army 20 years ago. And I did a lot of research to come up with the lightest, warmest and roomiest bag I could find because I believe you are correct. I decided I would just have to carry a little extra weight here n there.
