Help me choose a bullet for elk season

So 5 years ago I built a custom 7mm and it absolutely loves anything from Hornady so I’ve killed elk with the 154sst
154 interbonds and the 162 ELD X so of the 3 bullets listed what would you use

the 154 sst has been my bullet of choice in my 7mm since 2007 so I would give it the nod
