Help ID Scope Throw Lever

Hey all! I bought a used NXS scope and an aftermarket throw lever came with it and it's pretty dang nice! I have another NXS scope and want the same one but have no idea who made it. It's metal, two-piece, and nicely sculpted. Any help would be appreciated!

Did you ever get this figured out? I need one for my 5.5-22 NXS. I ordered the MKM but it covers the magnification scale, which is no good on a SFP scope, so I need an alternative.

That might be an early gen switchview lever.

Sorry! I never did figure it out. I ended up putting the scope on my 270 and hunting the woods. Pulled a nice 7pointer out of virginia mountains!
