So the other day I was shooting and suddenly I couldn't hit anything. After a few arrows I realized my rest wasn't working. It appeared that the screws were loose and the launcher wasn't working. Well after tightening it back in place it now isn't flipping up when the cord is slack (the spring isn't engaging/broken).

Has anybody fixed this issue before or do I have to replace the entire rest? It's a couple years old at this point.

Give them a call, they should be able to set you up with a new spring. Dan and company always had decent CS

The springs inside are prone to breaking, have seen quite a few, along with my personal one I was trying out.

Like stated above, I would call them for a replacement

If the screws came loose it probably just allowed the spring to come out of its placement holes and is not broken. TT has youtube videos on how to re-set the spring correctly. I had same thing happen. Not difficult to fix. Or call them 406-826-0600

I've had three of the Pronghorn rests at one time, as well as my son using one on his competition bow for JOAD the last 5 years.
Over the five years, he's had two broken springs - I've come to keep an extra in the equipment bag when we go to events. Darn easy to change and swap out if that's what it is.

Got it put back and working. Turned out the spring just need more tension. TT did send me two new springs as I thought that was the original issue.
