I am very interested in one of these in either 300wm or 26 nosler but I wish I could find one to look at before ordering one. I know the 300win would be more realistic but that 26 nosler is intriguing

picked mine up today. waiting on rail mount and vx3i 4.5-14x50 30mm side focus. liked them when first introduced and cant wait to start shooting. only Browning bling is the gold trigger, nice touch. bolt is smooth as silk recoil pad will do the job am sure. the trigger has no travel, could be a little lighter will play with that in due time. camo stock could do without but love the cerakote. am sure the brake will help keep target picture. hope to have it all together soon

I've been eyeing one in 6.5 creedmoor at my local shop. Nice rifles. I have a couple of A bolts that I love. Dig the cerakote feel of the stock is nice as well. Most likely going to get the kimber hunter in 6.5 creedmoor though shorter barrel and substantially lighter.

I have a .300 win mag Hells Canyon Speed. I love the gun. I was able to site the gun in with factory bullets and ring the 600 yard steel plate on the range. I killed a bull elk at 287 yards, and a whitetail buck at 294 yards this year. I put a Vortex scope (6.5x20x50mm) on it, and the combo is killer, IMO.

Anyone know why Browning makes their rifles in Japan?

$$ must have been involved originally and probably still is but Miroku has been producing very good firearms for a long time, since the BBR model (possibly before that) when have you heard of a Browning rifle that didn't shoot well or function well ? - Aside with their long history with Browning I've owned 2 over/under 12 ga that were "generic Miroku" that were very good quality and nice guns, especially for the money spent - Japan as pretty much always done well with firearms and sporting related equipment, it's not this country I don't trust, it's their historical enemy I try as hard as I can to avoid
