Hello from Oregon

Just found the forum and have enjoyed it so far. I live in Eastern Oregon and love to hunt mainly mule deer and elk. I hunt Oregon, Idaho, and Nevada when I can. In fact, I just just got back from a Nevada archery wilderness hunt a few days ago.

We saw lots of good bucks every day and had a few close chances but could never close the deal on any of them.

I am a dad of 4 with a wonderful wife and work in IT. I also coach basketball in the winter. I still have an Oregon rifle deer tag and Idaho general rifle deer tag this year.

I here that!!! I've spent more money since I've joined this site, then I did in my first DIY hunt. It's like I'm starting over with all new gear. I just hope it all pays off in three weeks.
