Hello from FL

Good evening from Florida's west coast. Unlike many, I have no background in hunting and I'm looking to change that as an adult. My personal goal is to learn how to hunt and process my own game in '24 and get out west for an elk hunt in the next few years before hitting 40 (or even for my 40th). I've ended up on this forum a bunch throughout my research so it was high-time to join up and learn more directly.
