Hello from eastern NC

Hey everyone, I’m new to the forum but have been reading for years, especially for opinion on gear from people who actually use it. I grew up in Nebraska with upland and waterfowl as my primary pursuits in my younger years. The Marine Corps brought me to coastal NC and since then swamp whitetails and squirrel hunting have become my go to hunting with a trip to Nebraska for waterfowl when I get the chance. If there are any other members in the area of Jacksonville, NC I’d love to get together and meet some other deer hunters who don’t just sit in swivel seats on pickups and blast at deer chased by hounds.
