Heights

I am a qualified tower climber for work, so no fear here either. Best advice I can give is take your time and be sure of your movements...
 
There is some real sound advice mentioned on this thread. There is a fine line between pushing your limits and stepping over them. It would suck if you are alone and freeze up on some ledge in the middle of nowhere. Sometimes if I'm in a sketchy area I'll drop my pack, make the trip across without the added weight to build confidence then come back for the pack.
